Our fleet of climate-controlled vehicles meet all USDA standards.
We offer daily travel updates and provide an online travel journal where you can log-on to read how your pet is doing and what fun he is having.
You must provide us with the necessary pet travel documentation and health requirements prior to departure.
Inform us of any special needs, dietary, or medical regarding your pet.
Please provide us with your pet's food, medication, favorite dog bed/blanket and special toy or if you prefer we can supply our own bed & toys. If shots are required for medication we will make daily arrangements with a veterinarian for administration.
Cats are kept in their crates for the entire transport due to safety precautions. For cross country transport we use an intermediate size crate which is spacious and can accommodate a full size litter box.
We require a standard set of paperwork and documents to be reviewed and signed by you before contracting for service.
**PLEASE NOTE: all animals with the exception of rodents, fish, and reptiles are now required to have an official, multi-copy, state-issued certificate for interstate travel completed by a qualified veterinarian. We cannot transport these animals without proper certification.**
Upon departure, please have all of your pets documentation. This includes health and immunization records and also a current health certificate. This health certificate is required by the USDA and it cannot be older than 30 days prior to your scheduled transport. This paperwork travels with your pet.
We look forward to serving your travel needs and we will help you prepare your pet for his road trip.
