For importation of pets into the Philippines you must submit an import permit, health certificate, and have certificate of authenticity by the Philippine Consulate General. This fee is $25.00. The import permit and the authenticated Health Certificate should be presented at the airport.
Information on Birds:
As of April 13, 2009, Philippines has banned the importation of domestic and wild birds and their products, including day-old chicks, eggs, and semen from the State of Kentucky.
